Search & Selection
This is a proactive search. We will go out into the market place and attract staff with skills that meet your requirements.
Advertised Selection
We bulk buy advertising space and as a result are able to pass on significant savings. We will manage your entire advertising campaign inclusive of all short listing.
After Sales Support
We offer an after-sales service. We will be in contact with both our client and candidate for the first few months after the start date. This will allow us to iron out any possible areas of concern, and will bring the client and candidate closer.
In-House Interview Facilities
If for any reason, you are unable to interview on your own office premises, we have interview facilities at your disposal, at short notice.
On-Site Resources Management
For large accounts, where recruitment volumes are high, one of our Account Managers can be based on your premises on a full or part-time basis. This will give you more control over headcount management.
Co-Host Open Evenings
We will advertise and host bespoke client evenings in top venues around the UK to attract multiple candidates for large recruitment drives.
Mailshot Advertising
Why not broaden your audiences by marketing your brand name and vacancies to groups of qualified individuals. Raise your brand awareness and attract more relevant candidates. We will manage the campaign for you. This can be done via email and SMS messaging. We do not undertake direct mailing or leafleting due to the impact on the environment.
Rewards-Based Incentive Scheme
This is a scheme set up to source new Candidates. Candidates refer Candidates and so on. A break down of our database has revealed that 40% come from referrals.
Resource Process Outsourcing (R.P.O.)
Many organisations are going down the R.P.O. route as a way of rationalising their own recruitment processes. We can take over the whole of your recruitment process and align all of your suppliers with standardised terms and a clearer more consistent recruitment process and act as the funnel for all new applications. Our remit will be to reduce your costs and to increase the amount of relevant candidates put in front of you.
